Fergies Instructional Training FIT LLC

Yvonne (Fergie) is the owner of a small fitness center in Philadelphia, PA. She has multiple arms of her business, but her main focus is creating programs for older folks to improve their mobility and every-day functioning. In her gym, she holds workshops, small group classes, and personal training services. She partners with different local health organizations to offer classes + programs for their clients, specifically breast cancer survivors or individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis. Yvonne really enjoys the social and personal aspect of working with older groups, and wants to expand her business virtually and physically to better serve the community. She hopes to get a larger facility to increase class sizes, and bring in a nutritionist, masseuse, and other health specialists to provide their services.
